Separation
Air separation can be accomplished with several different
types of equipment. Some applications do not require air separation,
such that the scrap exits from the exhaust of a venturi system
directly into a bin or container of some kind.
Ducting,
Elbows, Couplings and Flexible Metal Hose Products
Trim removal systems are offered with many different types
of infeed hose and conveying ducting. The infeeds can be flex
hose (an interlocking galvanized steel) or hard tubing (aluminum
or galvanized steel).
Rotary
Choppers
The Model 35 rotary cutter is now available as a "High Precision"
or HP version. With the HP version, CTM Systems now provides
a rotary cutter that will cut thin films to as thin as .0005"
(0.0127 mils).
Installation
After delivery of the hardware, this is the most important
phase of verifying a system works correctly. Whenever CTM
System start up personnel are on site, they are knowledgeable
both of the system to be installed as well as the remainder
of the customer equipment, giving complete confidence to the
