After delivery of the hardware, this is the most important phase of
verifying a system works correctly. Whenever CTM System start up personnel
are on site, they are knowledgeable both of the system to be installed as
well as the remainder of the customer equipment, giving complete
confidence to the end user that the trim system will be installed
properly. CTM System personnel can make component changes during the
installation phase as required by the existing plant layout or changes
made by the customer or engineering contractor. CTM designed and
manufactured systems are guaranteed to operate as required to meet
customer specifications. If a CTM supplied system does not deliver the
trim as advertised, CTM will make the necessary changes or provide
equipment as required at CTM's expense until the system meets customer
specifications. All system components come with a manufacturer's warranty
of one year after start up or 18 months after shipment, whichever comes
first. If any CTM supplied component fails within the specified period
under customer specified operating conditions, CTM Systems will replace
the component at no cost to the customer.
